We went to the Gay Pride parade on Saturday, which was the usual incredible spectacle. One photo can't do this event justice, so I'm posting a few today.
Steph and I made it to the Force de l'Art expo in the Grand Palais today. Here's the giant domed ceiling of the Palais reflected in a glass teardrop the size of my head.
Another Flamenco moment. For whatever reason, the metering system totally dropped the ball here and set an extremely high shutter speed. However, I kind of like the effect, minus the noise I dredged up trying to brighten the image.
In the days of yore, scriveners would fill their ink pots at Donatello's fountain. Today, people looking to refill their printers on the cheap can be found tapping its dark stream.
Steph and I lucked across a demonstration of this terrific fountain in the Parc de St Cloud. Normally it's dry, but for once it was running. No one picture can do it justice because it's just so big.
